Prin of Advertising (BUS-203)
This course is a fundamental survey of the field of advertising as it relates to the total marketing program. Major topics covered include: advertising as a part of the marketing program, behavioral considerations in advertising, advertising campaigns, strategy and production, and the legal implications in advertising. This course also focuses on the functional interrelationships of advertisers, agencies, and media. Prerequisite: ENG 097. 3 lecture hours per week. 3 credit hours.
