Prin of Advertising (BUS-203)
A fundamental survey of the field of advertising as it relates to the total marketing program. Major topics covered include: advertising as a part of the marketing program, behavioral considerations in advertising, advertising campaigns, strategy and production, and the legal implications in advertising. This course also focuses on the functional interrelationships of advertisers, agencies, and media. Prerequisite: ENG 088. 3 lecture hours per week. 3 credit hours.
