Criminal Investigation (CRJ-203)
A basic course in the methods of searching for truth and relevant information on criminal cases. Includes the police role in preliminary and follow-up investigation, interview techniques, and specialized investigative techniques relative to homicide, rape, robbery and arson. Legal responsibilities and general laboratory and scientific aids to investigation are also included. Corequisite: ENG 096. 3 lecture hours per week. 3 credit hours.
